Oven door glass loose, rattling, or inner glass cracked

Safety: Isolate power and wear cut-resistant gloves when handling glass.

• Remove door: Open the door fully and release the hinge locks (if fitted). Lift the door off the hinges.
• Disassemble door: Lay the door on a soft surface and remove screws holding the inner panel. Carefully separate the glass layers.
• Replace damaged glass: Install a new Falcon oven inner door glass or outer glass as required, ensuring the correct orientation.
• Reassemble and tighten: Refit all screws and ensure glass is firmly held by the Falcon glass retaining brackets.
