Mechanical Noise from Fan or Panels
Oven produces excessive noise during operation, rattling or grinding sounds

Possible Causes
Worn convection fan bearings, Loose fan blade, Vibrating internal panels, Cooling fan imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool before accessing internal parts.
- Identify noise source: Run the oven briefly and listen to locate whether the noise comes from the rear (convection fan) or top (cooling fan). Then isolate power.
- Check convection fan: Remove the rear internal panel and inspect the Falcon fan oven blade. Tighten the central nut and ensure the blade is not bent. If the motor is noisy when spun by hand, replace the Falcon fan oven motor.
- Inspect cooling fan: Access the top panel and check the Falcon cooling fan assembly for loose mounting screws or debris in the blades. Tighten and clean as needed.
- Secure loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on side, rear, or base panels that may vibrate.
