Possible Causes

Drifting RTD sensor, Poor sensor connection, Corroded sensor plug, Failing EOC analog input

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Turn off power at the breaker before removing panels.

  • Check sensor resistance vs. temperature:
    • Remove and disconnect the oven temperature sensor.
    • Measure resistance at room temperature (~1050–1100 Ω expected).
    • If reading is significantly off but not fully open/shorted, replace the Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD).
  • Inspect connectors:
    • Clean the sensor connector and the mating connector at the EOC.
    • Look for green corrosion or loose pins; repair or replace the Sensor Harness if needed.
  • Control board evaluation:
    • If a new sensor does not resolve F32, the EOC input circuit may be faulty.
    • Replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) if all wiring and sensor are confirmed good.
