Possible Causes
Intermittent lock motor, Loose lock wiring harness, Failing EOC lock driver circuit, Overheated lock motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing.
- Inspect wiring:
- Access the door lock motor assembly and trace the harness back to the EOC.
- Look for loose connectors, chafed insulation, or signs of overheating.
- Repair or replace the Door Lock Harness as needed.
- Check motor intermittency:
- With power applied (use caution), start and cancel self-clean several times while observing the lock motor.
- If operation is inconsistent, replace the Door Lock Motor and Switch Assembly.
- Replace EOC if needed:
- If motor and wiring are solid but F95 persists, the EOC lock driver may be failing under load; replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
