- Unlock controls:
- Press and hold the Control Lock or Lock key for 3–5 seconds until 'LOC' disappears.

- Check keypad:
- If the lock indicator will not clear, power cycle the oven at the breaker.
- If still locked, the keypad may be defective; replace the Touchpad/Control Panel Assembly.
