Display shows 'Sb'; oven controls may be locked and unresponsive.

Safety First: No internal repair is needed for Sabbath mode; this is a user setting.

• Disable Sabbath mode:
  • On most Frigidaire Professional ovens, press and hold the Bake and Broil keys together for 3–5 seconds, or follow the instructions in the user manual.
  • Once 'Sb' disappears, normal operation should resume.
• If controls remain unresponsive:
  • Power cycle the oven at the breaker for 1 minute.
  • If still stuck in 'Sb', the keypad may be failing; consider replacing the Touchpad/Control Panel Assembly.
