How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Verify breaker is off before opening any access panels. High voltage present.

  • Check house power:
    • Verify the range/oven breaker is ON and not tripped.

  • Inspect terminal block and cord:
    • Remove rear cover and inspect the Terminal Block for burnt connections.
    • Tighten screws and replace burnt Power Cord or terminal block.
  • Check internal fuse:
    • Locate any inline Oven Thermal Fuse or line fuse on the wiring diagram.
    • Test for continuity; replace if open.
  • Control board:
    • If power is present at the EOC but display is dead, replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
