How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the control panel.
- Dry out moisture:
- If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry for several hours with power off.
- Reseat ribbon cable:
- Remove the control panel rear cover.
- Disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable to the EOC.
- Test keys:
- Restore power and test all keys.
- If some keys still fail, replace the Touchpad/Control Panel Assembly.
