Oven light does not turn on when door is opened or when light button is pressed.

Safety First: Turn off power or unplug the oven before changing bulbs or accessing wiring.

• Replace bulb:
  • Remove the glass light cover inside the oven (usually twists off).
  • Replace with the correct high-temperature Oven Light Bulb specified for Frigidaire Professional.
• Test door switch:
  • Locate the door switch and test continuity while pressing and releasing.
  • Replace the Oven Door Switch if it does not change state.
• Check socket and wiring:
  • Inspect the Oven Light Socket for heat damage or loose connections.
  • Repair wiring or replace the socket if burnt.
• Control relay:
  • If bulb, switch, and socket are good, the EOC light relay may have failed; replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
