Safety First: Turn off power at the breaker; avoid using the oven until repaired to prevent fire risk.

• Test oven sensor:
  • Remove and measure RTD resistance at room temperature.
  • If reading is low (e.g., under 900 Ω), replace the Oven Temperature Sensor (RTD).
• Inspect harness:
  • Check for melted insulation or wires touching each other or metal.
  • Repair or replace the Sensor Harness if damaged.
• Check control relay:
  • With power off, inspect the EOC for a welded bake relay (burnt or stuck contacts).
  • If the element stays on continuously during operation, replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
