Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always isolate the oven from mains power before opening any covers. High voltages are present.
- Check mains supply: Verify that the oven is connected to the correct voltage (e.g. 230 V) and phase configuration as specified on the rating plate. Ensure the circuit breaker is correctly rated.
- Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block. Check for loose screws, discoloured insulation, or burnt smell. Tighten connections if slightly loose.
- Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 10 minutes, then restore power and test.
- Internal inspection: With power OFF, inspect the main control board for blown fuses, cracked solder joints, or burnt components in the power supply area.
Important: Component-level repair of the power supply is not recommended for untrained persons. If E007 persists after verifying the supply and connections, the main control board should be replaced by a professional.
