Oven shows E032, often on models with Wi-Fi or Home Connect, and remote functions fail

Safety: Disconnect power before accessing internal electronics.

• Network reset: In the oven settings, reset network settings and reconnect to Wi-Fi (if the UI is still accessible).
• Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 10 minutes, then restore power and check if E032 clears.
• Inspect module: Locate the Wi-Fi / communication module (often a small daughterboard) and ensure its connectors are firmly seated.
• Check antenna: Verify that any external or internal antenna cable is connected and not damaged.

Note: If the module is physically damaged or E032 persists, the communication module may need replacement and re-pairing, typically done by an authorized technician.
