Display shows ERR when trying to set temperature or time; oven may not accept input.

Safety: This is usually a user input issue, not a hardware failure.

• Clear and retry: Press Clear/Off, then carefully follow the user manual steps to set the desired function.
• Check for stuck keys: Press each button to ensure none are stuck or unresponsive. Clean the panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth (no harsh chemicals).
• Power reset: Turn the breaker off for 1 minute, then back on. If ERR persists with normal input, the UI board may be failing and require replacement.

Tip: If only one specific key causes ERR, the membrane under that key is likely damaged.
