How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No heating components are directly affected.

  • Check home network: Verify your WiFi network is working and has internet access.
  • Reboot oven electronics: Turn the breaker off for 1 minute, then back on. Attempt to reconnect via the GE SmartHQ app.
  • Re-pair WiFi: Follow the user manual to put the oven into WiFi setup mode and reconnect to your network.
  • Replace WiFi module: If the oven cannot enter setup mode or repeatedly shows F200, the WiFi module or main control may need replacement.

Note: Cooking functions usually still work normally even with WiFi errors.
