Possible Causes
Shorted oven lamp, Damaged lamp holder, Exposed lamp wiring touching chassis, Faulty lamp relay on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and allow the lamp area to cool.
Steps to check:
- Remove the lamp cover inside the cavity (usually twists off). Inspect the bulb for blackening or broken filament.
- Replace the lamp with a Gram-compatible high-temperature oven bulb of the same wattage.
- Inspect the lamp holder for cracks or burn marks. Replace if damaged.
- From the rear, check the lamp wiring for insulation damage or contact with metal parts.
- If a new lamp blows immediately or E14 persists, the lamp circuit on the main PCB may be faulty.
Warning: Use only oven-rated bulbs; standard bulbs can explode under heat.
