Excessive condensation on oven door and control panel during cooking

Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before inspecting vents and seals.

• Check vent outlets: Locate the oven vent (often at the top of the door or control panel) and ensure it is not blocked by trim, foil, or cabinet modifications.
• Inspect door seal: Ensure the gasket is continuous and compresses evenly. Replace if damaged.
• Use fan-assisted modes: For high-moisture foods, use convection modes to improve air circulation and reduce condensation.
• Improve kitchen ventilation: Use an extractor hood or open a window to reduce ambient humidity around the oven.

Note: Some condensation is normal, especially at the start of cooking, but heavy dripping or pooling indicates a ventilation issue.
