Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between panes

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cold. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling glass.

• Tighten screws and clips: Remove the door and disassemble the inner panel according to the manual. Tighten any loose screws or clips holding the glass.
• Clean and dry glass: Separate the glass panes carefully, clean with non-abrasive cleaner, and dry completely to remove condensation.
• Check seals and vents: Inspect the foam or silicone seals around the glass. Replace any degraded seals. Ensure door vent slots are not blocked so moisture can escape.
• Replace cracked glass: If any pane is cracked or chipped, replace it with the correct Grundig glass panel.

Warning: Do not use the oven with cracked door glass; it can shatter under heat.
