Possible Causes
Blown internal control fuse, failed low-voltage transformer or SMPS on control board, broken neutral feed to electronics, faulty mains filter output
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before opening any covers.
- Check internal fuses: Locate small glass or ceramic fuses on the control board or near the mains entry. Test with a multimeter and replace only with identical ratings.
- Inspect wiring: Trace the neutral and live feeds from the terminal block to the control board. Repair any breaks or loose connectors.
- Examine power supply section: On the main PCB, look for burnt components in the low-voltage supply area. If found, the board will likely need replacement.
Note: If a fuse blows again immediately, there is an underlying short that must be located before further replacement.
