Oven timer counts down but heating stops before set time is reached

Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing control electronics.

• Test in manual mode: Run the oven without using automatic programs (manual temperature and function only). If it runs normally, the issue may be with specific programs or timer settings.
• Check overheat thermostats: Test cavity and cooling thermostats for intermittent operation by gently tapping while monitoring continuity.
• Inspect control board solder joints: Look for cracked or dull solder joints on relays and connectors. Reflow or replace the board if necessary.
• Replace timer module: If the timer display behaves erratically or resets, replace the electronic timer/clock module.

Note: Ensure that auto-off or end-time functions are not accidentally set, which can mimic a fault.
