Safety first: Disconnect power and wait for the oven to cool.

Access the fan: Remove the rear inner panel of the oven cavity to expose the convection fan.
Check for obstructions: Remove any loose screws, foil, or food debris caught in the fan blades.
Tighten fan nut/screws: Ensure the fan blade is securely fastened to the motor shaft and that the motor mounting screws are tight.
Assess bearings: Spin the fan by hand. If it feels rough, wobbles, or makes grinding noises, replace the convection fan motor assembly.

When to call a technician: If motor replacement requires removing the oven from cabinetry and you are not comfortable doing so, contact service.

Hansa oven fan is very noisy, rattling, or scraping during operation.
