How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing any panels.
- Check sensor connection: Access the rear of the oven and locate the sensor connector on the main control board. Ensure it is fully seated.
- Inspect harness: Look for brittle or discolored insulation near the oven cavity where heat is highest.
- Measure sensor resistance: Disconnect the sensor and measure its resistance at room temperature. Compare with Hitachi specifications. Replace if out of range.
- Replace harness if needed: If the wiring is cracked or burnt, replace the sensor harness along with the sensor.
