Possible Causes
Faulty internal power supply on control PCB, Loose mains terminal block, Incorrect mains wiring, Blown internal fuse on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. Only qualified persons should work on live wiring.
- Check mains connection: Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block. Ensure all screws are tight and wires are correctly connected according to the Hitachi wiring diagram.
- Inspect internal fuse: On some models, a small glass or ceramic fuse is mounted on the control PCB. Check if it is blown and replace only with the same rating.
- Measure supply voltage: With appropriate safety precautions, verify that the correct voltage is present at the oven terminals.
- Replace control PCB: If the internal low-voltage supply is faulty (burnt components, no 5V/12V outputs), replace the main control PCB.
