How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Power reset: After cooling, switch off power for 5 minutes, then restore. Attempt to cancel the self-clean or active mode and see if the lock releases.

- Inspect lock assembly: With power off and top/front panel removed, inspect the lock motor and linkage for signs of melting or mechanical binding.
