Hitachi oven shows LOC or a key symbol and will not start any function

Safety first: No internal work is required for this condition.

• Disable child lock: Press and hold the designated key (often the Stop/Clear or a key with a lock icon) for 3–5 seconds until the LOC indicator disappears. Refer to the user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power for 1–2 minutes, then restore and try again.
• Check keypad: If the lock icon remains and keys are unresponsive, the touch panel may be faulty and require replacement.
