Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between panes

Safety first: Turn off power. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling glass.

• Tighten screws: Open the door and check for loose screws around the inner glass frame. Tighten carefully.
• Dry condensation: If condensation is present between panes, the door must be disassembled. Remove the door and separate the inner and outer panels to dry and clean the glass.
• Replace seals: Install new glass seals or gaskets if they are hardened or damaged.
• Replace glass assembly: If the glass is cracked or the frame is warped, replace the complete Hitachi door glass assembly.
