Possible Causes
Open safety thermostat, Blown thermal fuse, Faulty main relay on control PCB, Broken common feed to heating elements
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and ensure the oven is cool.
- Confirm mode and temperature: Make sure a valid cooking mode and temperature are selected and the door is fully closed.
- Check thermal cutouts: Locate the high-limit thermostat and thermal fuse on the oven body. Test for continuity. Replace any open devices.
- Inspect wiring to elements: Verify that the common live feed to the bake, grill, and convection elements is intact and not burnt.
- Test element voltages (advanced): With extreme caution and proper tools, check if voltage is supplied to the elements when heating is requested. No voltage suggests a failed relay or control PCB.
- Replace faulty part: Replace the open thermostat/fuse first. If all safety devices are good, the main control PCB may need replacement.
