How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Test the main cavity temperature sensor (NTC) for correct resistance at room temperature.
- Replace if readings are out of specification.
- Inspect fan relay:
- Locate the cooling fan relay on the main PCB.
- Check for signs of welded contacts (burning, discoloration).
- If the relay is stuck closed or open, the PCB will need repair or replacement.
- Check wiring:
- Verify continuity of wiring between the sensor, fan, and PCB.
- Repair any damaged harness sections.
- Final test: Reassemble, restore power, and run a short heating cycle. Confirm that the fan starts and stops appropriately and that E16 is cleared.
