Hoover oven door glass is cracked, shattered, or loose.

• Secure area:
  • Carefully collect loose glass pieces and dispose of them safely.
• Remove door:
  • Follow the hinge removal procedure to take the door off the oven.
  • Lay the door flat on a protected surface.
• Disassemble door:
  • Remove screws holding the inner and outer door panels together.
  • Separate the panels and remove the damaged glass.
• Fit new glass:
  • Install the correct Hoover replacement glass (inner or outer as required).
  • Ensure any seals or spacers are correctly positioned.
  • Reassemble the door and tighten all screws evenly.
• Reinstall door:
  • Refit the door to the hinges and check for proper closure.
