Hoover oven interior light does not work but the oven heats normally.

Safety first: Switch off power at the mains before changing the lamp.

• Replace bulb:
  • Remove the glass cover over the lamp.
  • Unscrew the old bulb and fit a new high-temperature oven lamp of the same wattage and cap type.
  • Restore power and test.
• If still not working:
  • Inspect the lamp holder for heat damage and replace if necessary.
  • Check wiring continuity from the lamp to the control board.
  • If wiring is intact, the lamp relay or control circuit on the PCB may be faulty and require professional repair.
