Oven heats but does not reach set temperature, food undercooked, no error code

Safety: Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool before internal checks.

• Check door seal: Inspect the rubber gasket around the door for gaps, tears, or compression. Replace if it does not seal evenly.
• Test elements: Even if an element shows continuity, it may be weak. Visually confirm that all elements glow or heat evenly when energised (brief test under supervision).
• Verify sensor: Test the oven temperature sensor resistance (see F03). Replace if out of specification.
• Use an oven thermometer: Place a reliable oven thermometer inside and compare actual temperature to the set value. If consistently low, the thermostat or control board may need calibration or replacement.
