Oven does not heat at all in any mode; display and lights work

If you are not confident in your ability to perform this repair safely, we strongly recommend contacting a professional technician.
Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker and verify with a tester before accessing rear panels or internal wiring.
- Check supply voltage: Confirm that the oven is receiving full mains voltage at the terminal block. A missing phase can cause no heat while lights still work.
- Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover and check for burnt or loose wires at the mains terminal block. Tighten or replace damaged parts.
- Test heating elements: Disconnect and measure resistance of the bottom bake and top grill elements. Replace any that are open-circuit.
- Check thermal fuse: Locate and test the thermal cut-out. Replace if open, and investigate overheating causes.
- Control board relays: If power and elements are good, the main heater relay on the control board may have failed. Replace the control board if the relay is not switching.
Warning: Working on live mains circuits is hazardous. If you are not experienced, have a technician perform these checks.
