How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power immediately if the oven overheats uncontrollably. Do not continue using it until repaired.

Test sensor: With power off, measure the sensor resistance. A very low resistance (near short) will cause overheating; replace the sensor.
Check relays: Inspect the control board for a heater relay that is welded closed (contacts stuck). Replace the board if the relay is stuck.
Verify wiring: Ensure that elements are wired to the correct terminals and not permanently connected to live.
Control replacement: If sensor and wiring are correct, replace the electronic control board.

Warning: Overheating can damage cabinets and pose a fire risk; do not delay repair.
