Possible Causes

Unstable mains supply, faulty internal power supply on main control board, loose neutral or live connection at terminal block, damaged line filter module

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. Accessing the terminal block and power board exposes live mains connections.

Checks:

  • Inspect the mains terminal block at the rear of the oven. Tighten all live, neutral, and earth screws firmly (do not overtighten to the point of stripping).
  • Look for signs of overheating: discoloured plastic, burnt smell, or melted insulation. Replace the terminal block if damaged.
  • Inspect the line filter / interference suppression module (if fitted) for bulging capacitors or burn marks; replace if defective.
  • Check the wiring from the terminal block to the main control board for loose connectors or heat damage.
  • If external supply is stable and wiring is sound, the low-voltage power supply section on the main PCB may be failing; replace the main control board.

Note: If your home supply is known to fluctuate, consider having an electrician check the circuit and breaker.
