How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power. The rear panel and fan cover edges can be sharp.

Ring element checks:

Remove the rear internal panel to expose the fan and surrounding ring element (if visible).
From the rear of the oven, access the ring element terminals; disconnect one wire and measure resistance across the element.
If the element is open or shows visible damage, replace it with the correct Ilve fan-forced element.
Inspect wiring for heat damage and replace any burnt connectors.
If the element is good, check continuity from the element to the main control board and inspect the board for a failed relay.

Oven displays E12 and fan-assisted modes may not heat correctly or at all.
