Oven cavity light and fan come on, but elements cycle on and off rapidly and temperature is unstable.

Possible Causes

Loose neutral or live connection, failing relay coil drive on PCB, low mains voltage, interference from other high-load appliances on same circuit

Have an electrician measure mains voltage under load to ensure it is within Ilve's specified range.
