Oven makes a loud banging or vibration noise when the fan starts or stops.

Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool.

Steps:

• Remove the rear internal panel to expose the fan and cover.
• Check that the fan cover is securely screwed in place and not touching the fan blades.
• Tighten the fan blade nut (note thread direction) and all motor mounting screws.
• If the fan blade is warped or bent, replace it.
• Reassemble and test; if vibration persists, consider replacing the fan motor and blade as a set.
