Indesit oven interior light does not work, but all heating functions are normal.

Safety first: Switch off power at the mains before changing the lamp or removing covers.

• 1. Replace the bulb: Remove the glass lamp cover inside the oven (usually twists off). Replace the bulb with a high-temperature oven-rated bulb of the same wattage and cap type.
• 2. Inspect lamp holder: If the new bulb does not work, check the lamp holder for heat damage or corrosion. Replace the holder if contacts are burnt or loose.
• 3. Check wiring: From the rear, inspect the lamp wiring harness for breaks or burnt insulation. Repair as needed.
• 4. Control board output: On some models, the lamp is controlled by a relay on the PCB. If all else is good, the relay or board may be faulty and require replacement.
