• 1. Check door seal: Inspect the rubber gasket around the door for gaps, tears, or flattening. Close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily all around, replace the door seal.
• 2. Inspect elements: Visually check all elements (fan, base, grill) for hot spots, cracks, or distortion. Test each with a multimeter for correct resistance. Replace any suspect element.
• 3. Tighten terminal block: With power off, check the main terminal block for loose screws that can cause voltage drop and slow heating. Tighten securely.
• 4. Verify thermostat accuracy: Use an oven thermometer to compare set temperature vs actual. If consistently low by a large margin and elements are good, the thermostat or sensor may need replacement.
