Display shows LOC or a lock icon; oven buttons do not respond, but no beeping error.

Safety First: No internal repair is needed for this condition.

• Disable control lock: On most Insignia ovens, press and hold the Lock or Clock button for 3–5 seconds until the LOC indicator disappears. Refer to your user manual for the exact key combination.
• Power reset: If the panel will not unlock, turn off power at the breaker for 1 minute, then restore and try the unlock sequence again.
• Check for stuck key: If the lock icon will not clear and a specific button feels stuck, the touchpad may be faulty and the control panel / touchpad assembly may need replacement.
