How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before testing switches or relays.
- Check door switch: Locate the door switch plunger and press it manually. If the light does not turn off, test the switch for continuity and replace if stuck closed.
- Inspect control: If the switch is good, the light relay on the control board may be welded closed. Inspect the board for heat damage.
- Replace control: Replace the EOC if the light relay is stuck and cannot be serviced separately.
