JennAir oven temperature fluctuates widely during baking, causing uneven results

• Verify with thermometer: Place an oven thermometer in the center of the oven and monitor temperature swings during a bake cycle.
• Test sensor: Measure sensor resistance at room temperature and at a known elevated temperature if possible. Replace if readings are inconsistent with specifications.
