How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before servicing.
- Inspect broil element: Look at the top element for visible breaks or burn spots.
- Access terminals: Remove the rear panel or pull the element forward to inspect wiring and terminals.
- Test element: Measure resistance across the broil element. Replace if open.
- Check control output: If the element and wiring are good, the broil relay on the control board may have failed and the EOC may require replacement.
