How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.
- Dry keypad: If recently cleaned with liquid, allow keypad to dry fully for several hours.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove control panel, disconnect and inspect the keypad ribbon. Clean contacts and reseat.
- Test specific keys: If only some keys fail, the membrane is likely worn. Replace the touchpad / control panel assembly.
- Control board: If all keys fail but display is on, the EOC may be defective; replace the electronic oven control.
