Safety: Turn off power before accessing the fan.

Check fan operation: Start a convection bake and listen for the fan. If silent, proceed with testing.
Inspect fan blade: Access the fan from inside the oven (remove rear panel inside cavity) and ensure it spins freely by hand.
Test motor: With power off, measure motor resistance; an open circuit indicates a bad motor.

Replace the convection fan motor assembly if seized or open. If the motor is good but never receives power, the control board or relay may need replacement.
