How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Access control panel: Remove screws securing the control panel and gently pull it forward.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect the flat ribbon cable from the keypad to the control, inspect for cracks or corrosion, then reconnect fully.
