Possible Causes
Loose UI harness, damaged communication lines, failing user interface board, failing main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before accessing internal components.
- Check harness connections: Remove the control panel and verify the multi-pin harness between the UI and main control is fully seated at both ends.
- Inspect wiring: Look for pinched, abraded, or broken wires in the harness.
- Test with light movement: With power restored and extreme caution, gently move the harness to see if the error appears/disappears, indicating an intermittent connection (do not touch live terminals).
If wiring is good, replace the user interface board first. If the issue persists, replace the main control board.
