Oven light will not turn on, but oven heats normally

Safety: Turn off power or at least ensure the light circuit is off before changing bulbs.

• Replace bulb: Remove the light cover inside the oven and replace the bulb with the correct high-temperature appliance bulb.
• Inspect socket: Check for corrosion or burn marks in the socket; replace if damaged.
• Test switch/relay: If bulb and socket are good, the door switch or control relay may not be energizing the light and should be tested with a multimeter.
