Possible Causes

Shorted oven temperature sensor, stuck bake relay on control board, failed high-limit thermostat bypassed, sensor wiring shorted

Safety: Disconnect power immediately if the oven overheats uncontrollably.

Test sensor: Measure sensor resistance at room temperature and compare to spec. Very low resistance indicates a shorted sensor.
Inspect wiring: Check sensor harness for pinched or melted insulation causing a short.
Check relays: With power off, test for continuity across bake relay contacts. Continuity when off indicates a welded relay.

Replace the oven sensor if shorted. If the relay is stuck, replace the control board. Do not bypass safety thermostats.
