• 1. Access control area: Remove the top or front panel to expose the main control board and transformer.
• 2. Tighten mounts: Check that the control board, transformer, and relays are firmly mounted. Tighten screws or add insulating washers if needed.
• 3. Isolate vibration: Gently press on different components (with power off) to see which one changes the noise when the oven is later tested. Replace excessively noisy relays or transformer if necessary.
• 4. Reassemble securely: Ensure all panels and trims are reinstalled tightly to prevent resonance.
