Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before making adjustments or accessing internal components.

• 1. Verify with thermometer: Place an oven thermometer in the center of the cavity and compare readings at several set temperatures.
• 2. Adjust user calibration: Many La Cornue electronic ovens allow temperature offset adjustment in the settings menu. Apply a small offset (+/− 10–20°C) to correct minor deviations.
• 3. Check sensor: If deviations are large or inconsistent, test the oven sensor resistance at room temperature and replace if out of specification.
